The
CSI-KGCE administration is as follows.

student administration council of CSI-KGCE is headed by the Chairman.
The
portfolios are classified and described below. :

[Plan and execute meetings,Write and maintain all documents like letters, reports (eg. meeting report, event reports, annual reports ) , notices, rule books etc.]
4. Treasurer - Prathamesh Chiplunkar
[Maintain finances, plan and refine the annual budget after preliminary recommendations by budget committee and estimate costs , maintain proper accounts,act as the only student bank account operator along with two faculty for bank transactions,handle liquid cash, write the annual and event wise financial reports, maintain all bills/invoices receipts. Should already be a PAN card holder.]

[He/She will be the critic of CSI. The spokesperson will be responsible for criticizing the organization on behalf of the members or vice versa. This person will also be responsible to personally take into consideration the working of each committee during the events. Any committee working any more or less than required can be hammered by him/her. Works closely with the executive committee.]

Though these committees are specific to events, events are
expected round the year and for the betterment of event quality, the planning
should begin months in advance. Hence committees will be formed for events
along with other general committees.

**Special committees- special committees might be setup on temporary basis for special tasks if and when desired.
eg. event inspections, random audits,complaint probe, IIT techfest visit, special survey etc etc..
## Some more static committees may be added / removed from the above list if found necessary.
If found justified then monetary allowance (calls, transport and refreshments) will be provided to members who spend money for CSI work. bills should be provided as much as possible for any smallest amount too. Intimation should be given to SBC/ chairman & treasurer before setting out for such work and spending.
