On account of Engineers' Day,which is on 15th Sept. every year,we CSI-KGCE plan to celebrate it with our college mates ,in collaboration with IEEE-KGCE and KGCE MESA PESA.
Engineers' Day Celebration--
A small event would be conducted in our college auditorium,at around 10 am, where in the new admittants in our college will be welcomed and introduced to our College Principal,College Dean,and HODs of all departments.
Chairman of all the 3 working bodies CSI-KGCE ,IEEE-KGCE and KGCE MESA-PESA would introduce the freshers to their respective bodies and it's current activities.
Lunch arrangement would be done for all the event attendees.
[All the attendees would be given a lunch coupun tommorrow at the start of the event,which they should present it during the lunch time for availing the free lunch.]
The major event of the day,THE FRESHERS' PARTY would then begin!!!!!!
The party would be conducted in College Library.The freshers in KGCE would get to enjoy the entertainment quotient of the day ,specially arranged for them.
Dance,Music,performances,events,competitions...all to be a part of and start the journey of engineering in a refreshing way.
Freshers would get a chance to display their talents,any form...singing,dancing,acting,mimicry,etc.A step further,to get the freshers going,a MR. N MS. FRESHERS event would be conducted.
All the students who want to participate in Mr. n Ms. Freshers or any student who wants to perform or do a stage act should submit their names to the volunteers.
Freshers, a new journey awaits you;get to know your college,your department and your new world.
