Hi guys . This is a new update with respect to earlier post (click on link on left) .
Many of you are already done with your travel reservations for vacation plans, FE has exams on 20th & hence to avoid a patchy presence in d first meet, decision to indefinitely postpone the all member meet has been taken.
Also everyone of you get your csi friends to "follow by email" on this blogs home page & connect with the user CSI KGCE on facebook as without that its difficult to communicate.
1) I cards will be distributed in the all member meet or will have to be individually collected from a person who will be designated later, data verification shud be done by individuals while collecting IDs.
2) Committee will be declared anytime on the blog in next 2-3 days.
3)Roles have to be understood by every portfolio holder by referring to earlier post that explained various posts. In case of any doubt to drop a facebook message / chat to the csi kgce user.
4) All the members should ,out of college in vacation, collaborate, plan regarding the inauguration & round d year events & let me know a date between 25th july - 28th july for all member meet .
Executive committee secretary should send the calendar plan with details to csi.kgce@gmail.com . It has to be forwarded to the regional HQ. inauguration will be in 2nd / 3rd week of colg.
5) After declaration of the portfolio holder names, i will contact some of you personally as delay in some pending formalities is intolerable. These few people would be needed to meet in person anytime in coming week.mostly within 3-4 days itself.
