Whoa! 151 voluntary members!!
The time n effort consuming but easy , csi student branch establishment process is almost done from our side. We are waitin to hear from CSI headquarters in chennai so as to oficially announce the successful formation of the branch and create the accounts. An innauguration event if found feasible, is surely ON.. All members are hopefully excited about innauguration.
The static committees will be formed soon and announced. The executive committee will then hold meetings and a special temporary innauguration committee will be formed by them . since vivas & submissions are underway, this is an appeal to all 151 members to be active so as to reduce the per capita workload of innauguration to a negligible level and make it successful..
The common sub tasks would invlolve :
Invitations & guests
Refreshments
Flex/ Banners
Event hosting
stage work
Event planning
& more..
All the members irrespective of the allotted portfolio can work for special committees lyk inauguration and lend their ideas, efforts in coordination with the chosen ones for the special committee..
