IMP meeting of all portfolio holders (executive,core,event heads,committee heads,Event coordinator)
event/committee members neednt come. only event/working committee heads expected.
Tuesday 2nd august :
All member meet.
Tuesday 9th August : Proposed date of inauguration function and first CSI-Kgce event on the same day.
16th n 17th august : proposed Introductory autonomous Robotics workshop by Mumbai university NIC e-yantra. MHRD initiative. The workshop will most probably be free or of nominal cost. Its for all KGCE students. Limited capacity. criteria of participation may be put up if needed. Branch/Year/Academics/extra curicular tech . n non tech activities etc might be the factors.
No queries will be entertained till the proposal is finalised. This shud be taken as prior info.
