Hi peops. Hope d exams were fine n u've alrdy startd njoyin (not those boring vacation classes) ...
We have finally received the Student branch & insti membership certificates frm CSI HQ and can now have a modest inauguration ceremony at the earliest (preferably in the 2nd OFFICIAL week of college in coming sem )... The delay in receipt of these certificates & coinciding exam period were the reasons behind all delays in 1) inauguration 2) committee formation & declaration & hence the activities planning too 3) Bank account formation. Now that the blocks are gone, we can hasten things. Donot worry. i wont spoil ur vacations by askin to come to colg freq (as if u wud listen!! lol..).
We will have an all member meeting on 20th june 2011, 10:30 am in college (the only meeting before college starts). Venue would be computer dept classroom or seminar hall depending on the strength of presence.
This would be for
1) I-card distribution n data verification
2)committee portfolio holders name declaration (of course it will be on d blog later)
3)& most importantly to explain to every member/portfolio holder his/her role for the coming year.
4) plan inauguration and year long activities calendar in rough. (got to submit it to regional HQ in few days)
As this is the first of its kind experience for most of COMP_IT peops, i feel the need to go for a structured explanation to avoid hassles. Also the purpose is to not let time slip by as, if we wait for sem start, we will be too late to plan things and then execution would be further delayed.So ideally u all come for the all membr meet, learn abt ur role, plan @ home & collaborate on facebook group chat etc in d vacations & begin execution from 1st day of college. Only ur sincere efforts will be true essence of CSI-KGCE success. Hope to see most of you then.

Sem-2 people have E.D paper on 2oth june @ 11o'clock..Then what is the alternate for us??
